The office can be a fun place, a stressful place; certain employees can be having a great day, while others are dealing with difficult clients, customers, issues in general. One way to boost moral is by appreciating your employees/colleagues. An easy way to do this is by starting an office wide birthday calendar. Whether is be on your company's server - or it's a tangible printed out calendar that everyone can add their date of birth to. There are a couple of ways to go in purchasing office birthday cards:
